About RedLeif

Finally, someone on your side of the table.

RedLeif is a buyer's agent for public-sector technology. In every other high-stakes transaction, the buy-side has representation at the table. We exist to bring that same standard to PubSec technology.

i. Why RedLeif

Built by people who've lived this market.

RedLeif was built by people who've spent careers in and around public-sector technology: inside government, on the sell-side, and in the operational work that holds complex organizations together. We've watched it function well and watched it break, and we've watched the buy-side carry the weight either way.

RedLeif isn't a firm to bring in just to strong-arm vendors on price. Any agency can do that on their own, and there's actually more value in understanding the processes and incentives on both sides of the table — how vendors actually price, where the channel adds value and where it doesn't, what moves get an agency a better outcome — and using that fluency on the buyer's behalf.

We don't think sales and partnership have to be adversarial. The best outcomes we've seen come from both sides understanding each other's constraints, and from someone at the table who can translate between them.

The buy-side has gone without that kind of representation for too long. We built RedLeif because we believe we're uniquely positioned to play that role.
